The bain-marie copes well with heating soups, broths and liquid porridges and effectively maintains the set temperature level. The electric bain-marie Abat PMES-70KM-01 is made in a floor-standing version. The device can be placed on the territory of the sales area of a cafe or restaurant independently of other equipment. It is also possible to embed the bain-marie in a professional serving line. Three burners are used to heat the dishes. A container with the prepared dish is placed above each heating zone. Thus, the bain-marie of this model can be used for simultaneous distribution of three different dishes. Each heating zone has an individual control system, including a multi-position temperature packet switch. The front side of the structure is equipped with a small shelf for serving dishes to visitors, as well as a section of guides, which is used to install and move baking sheets.
