The table is equipped with a spacious bath, in the space of which gastronorm containers with dishes and products laid out in them are installed. In addition, the table is perfect for storing and displaying fresh food laid out on ice. A powerful cooling system ensures stable production of cold at the set temperature. Temperature control is monitored and maintained by the refrigerated table automatically. Other features of the model: • built-in Danfoss refrigeration unit continuously cools the entire space of the bath; • the design and dimensions of the cooled bath allow for the installation of three types of gastronorm containers: GN 1/1, GN 1/2 and GN 1/3; • gastronorm containers can be placed using special partitions, which are included in the kit; • the partitions are U-shaped; • the partition material is stainless steel; • the cooled bath has a welded structure; • the bath is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel; • the temperature regime is adjustable in the range from -2 to +10°C; • draining condensate from the bath space is convenient and easy due to the drainage hole.
