With this compact and easy-to-use grill, you can fry seafood, meat, sausages, frankfurters and similar products, as well as gently heat up chilled pizza or sandwiches. The Tecnoinox SEF2/0 salamander grill has the following design and operational features: • the device has a body with an open chamber, inside which there is a movable grate; • the heating elements are located at an angle, due to which they are easy to clean; • the grate handles are resistant to high temperatures; • the grill position changes in 3 positions; • the dimensions of the frying platform are 625x380 in; • the body is made of stainless steel grade AISI 304; • the grill design is designed for both tabletop installation and wall mounting (to save space in the kitchen); • wall mounting is possible using optionally ordered fasteners; • the design provides a waste collection basin; • the heating power of the heating elements is adjusted using a multi-position thermostat.
