The grill is universal in use and can be installed in cafes, bakeries, restaurants and bars. Due to the fact that the device has compact dimensions, it is quite easy to place it on small installation platforms or build it into the space of the thermal technological line in the hot shop of the kitchen. Salamander Grill Airhot SGE 938 is ideal for cooking seafood and meat dishes. The gentle effect of the heating elements allows you to bake the inside of the products well and form an appetizing golden crust on their surface. Adding herbs, spices, cheese and other ingredients will give each dish a piquant taste, original aroma and bright colors. The Salamander Airhot SGE-938 grill has an open design consisting of a steel body, a working chamber with 4 rows of guides, a removable grate, the position of which can be easily changed, a heating system and a control system with a temperature control knob and light signaling fittings. The heating elements are located in the upper part of the chamber. The grate with the products laid out on it can be installed closer or further from the heating elements, thereby adjusting the intensity of heating and the degree of frying. The entire grill structure is made of stainless steel. Control of the device is elementary simplicity.
