With the help of the grill, you can get an appetizing dish of meat, fish or vegetables in just a few minutes. As a result of heat treatment, a crispy crust forms on the surface of the products. Salamander grill is equipped with a spacious chamber, the side walls of which are equipped with recesses for guides. A grate is used to lay out the products, the position of which can be changed by choosing a row of guides. Heating elements are located in the upper part of the working chamber. The closer the grate with products is located to the heating elements, the more intense and faster the frying will be. Hot air coming from the heating elements is distributed throughout the chamber statically, without forced ventilation. The heating elements are enclosed with a protective grill, preventing accidental contact and eliminating the possibility of burns.
