Contact grill La Felsinea PP L, 1 section, combined surface, cast iron 355x255 in, 380x435x235 in, 2.1 kW, 230 V The professional contact grill La Felsinea PP L is designed for heating snacks, fast food (shawarma, sandwiches, hot dogs), as well as frying fish and meat. The contact grill allows you to evenly heat both the outer and inner parts of the products, forming a light crust on their surface. The principle of heat treatment of food products using the contact grill La Felsinea PP L is based on close contact of the surfaces of the products with two heating surfaces of the grill: upper and lower. The structure of the upper heating surface is ribbed, the lower surface has a flat, smooth structure. The product or formed workpiece is placed on the lower, flat heating zone and pressed from above by the ribbed heating surface. The intensity and speed of heating the products depends on the set heating temperature, as well as the duration of heat treatment. Heating is carried out using heating elements, which are built into both heating surfaces. The temperature is regulated using a thermostat. The heating temperature range of the heating elements varies from 0 to +300 °C. The heat treatment time for fast food workpieces, as a rule, does not exceed 1-2 minutes. The dimensions of each heating surface of the La Felsinea PP L contact grill are 355x255 in. The heating zones are made of cast iron and equipped with a non-stick coating to obtain an ideal frying result after each operating cycle. The surfaces of the contact grill body are made of stainless steel. Additional technical characteristics: Number of working sections: 1 pc.
