The design of the contact grill La Felsinea PD 3000 L includes 2 working sections, each of which consists of upper and lower heating surfaces. The sections have a combined structure. The upper heating surfaces are presented in a relief design. The lower working area is monolithic and has a flat surface. The dimensions of the working sections are 500x255 in. The heating surfaces are made of cast iron, a material that retains heat well. The cast iron working areas of the contact grill are covered with a non-stick material. The control panel of the La Felsinea PD 3000 L contact grill is equipped with two thermostats, as well as light indicators that indicate that the device is connected to the power supply. The average heating time for quick-cooking dishes (such as shawarma) does not exceed 2 minutes. Cooking steaks, frying sausages and fish fillets takes about 5 minutes. The efficiency of cooking dishes is ensured by the high heating temperature of the working surfaces. The temperature mode is selected from the range from 0 to +300 ° C.
