The contact grill can be used to process different types of products, but it is especially good for cooking fish and meat steaks, sautéing vegetables and using the grill heating surfaces to form a fried crust on the surfaces of products. Electric contact grill Atesi Maestro GK-11.55R has upper and lower frying platforms, which are equipped with a ribbed coating. Under the lower frying platform there is a pull-out removable drip tray for draining fat. The heating of both frying surfaces is controlled by a single thermostat knob. A green indicator light signals that the grill is in working order and that the ribbed surfaces are heating up. The same light signals that the grill is ready for operation: when the frying surfaces have warmed up to the set temperature, the green light goes out. The upper frying surface is equipped with a lock that allows you to hold it in a raised position at any angle. The frying surfaces of the professional contact grill are made of carbon steel.
