Fresh products, chilled snacks, formed fast food products (sandwiches and shawarma) can be grilled, so the grill is universal in use. The device has one working area consisting of upper and lower rectangular heating platforms. Both platforms are made of carbon steel and are characterized by excellent thermal conductivity and high strength. The upper platform has a ribbed structure, the lower one is made flat. The lower frying platform of the grill is equipped with sides on three sides. The professional contact grill Atesi MaestroGK-1/1.55G has a system for fixing the upper frying platform above the lower one. In addition, for quick heating of the product, the lower platform can be pressed as much as possible against the product and thus fixed between two heated plates. The temperature is set using a thermostat to a maximum value of +250°C. The thermostat has a smooth power adjustment function.
