Vegetable Slicer VOE 202A (Village-Style Potatoes) The VOE 202.00.00A cutting machine is designed to cut fruits, vegetables and root crops into three to eight pieces (the number of cut pieces is specified when ordering). It is made entirely of stainless steel and is easy to wash with a hose. The cutting principle: the worker simultaneously places the raw materials coming from washing and inspection on the cutting unit knives with both hands, while the product pusher is in the upper position, then presses down the two pneumatic cylinder activation handles with both hands and holds them pressed until the pusher closes with the knife unit and releases the levers. In this case, the product is cut into slices and the pusher rises to its original upward position. Then the worker places two more pieces of product and continues working. The pusher speed is regulated by the throttle, which is located on the right pneumatic panel. The air pressure regulator is located on the air preparation unit, set the air pressure depending on the product structure, but no more than 8 kg/cm².
