Carrots are loaded into the machine, which, under the action of their own weight, are distributed over the brushes. The shafts rotate, due to which the carrots, rotating, move along the brushes from one edge of the machine to the other. The machine has a shower device that rinses the carrots, washing away waste. After the carrots are peeled, a shutter opens through which the product is unloaded.
