Thermal Equipment Supplies

Thermal equipment supplies include cleaning and rinsing products intended for the care of commercial heating equipment. Products shown include cleaner in a 10-liter format, manual-cleaning detergent for steamers and combi-steamers, rinse-aid tablets for SCC combi steamers, detergent for drying ovens and grills, and combined wash-and-rinse products for Unox equipment. These supplies are relevant to kitchens using combi steamers, steamers, ovens, and grills where the cleaning product must correspond to the equipment type and cleaning method.

Some items are formulated for manual cleaning, while others combine washing and rinsing in one product. When selecting supplies, verify the appliance named on the product, the intended use, and the stated package format. Keep oven and grill detergents distinct from products identified for steamers or combi-steamers.
