The Hoshizaki HNC-180BE-RB display case is ideal for large enterprises with a rich menu, since the large volume of the working chamber and wide display area make it possible to place on the display surface the full range of dishes served in the establishment. The volume of the refrigerated display case chamber is 72 liters. One air temperature value is constantly maintained in the chamber: +4°С. This cooling rate prevents premature spoilage of products and allows maintaining the original appearance of the dish for a long time. Due to forced circulation, air quickly spreads from the refrigeration unit to all areas of the chamber, which ensures prompt cooling of all laid out dishes. The Hoshizaki HNC-180BE-RB refrigerated display case is specially designed for the advantageous display of sushi and rolls. The curved glass located on the front side of the display case allows you to create a visual illusion - a slight increase in the volume of each product, which ultimately presents it in a more favorable light. At the back of the display case there are sliding doors-curtains. Thanks to their easy movement, the operator gets easy access to dishes in any part of the display case. The walls of the refrigerated display case body are equipped with a layer of heat-insulating polyurethane foam.
