To preserve the freshness and marketable appearance of dishes for a long time, the air temperature in the working chamber is maintained at +4°С. An optimal level of humidity is continuously maintained in the chamber. The design has a system that neutralizes the formation of condensation on the walls of the chamber. The curved glass located on the front side of the refrigerated sushi display case serves not only to protect the dishes displayed, but also to more advantageously display the goods. It's all about the slight bend that the glass has. It is this that visually increases the volume of rolls and sushi displayed in the chamber and, thus, makes them more attractive. The body of the refrigerated sushi display case Hoshizaki HNC-180BE-LB is made of aluminum and durable stainless steel. The walls of the body are equipped with a heat-insulating layer of polyurethane foam, which ensures stable maintenance of the set temperature in the working volume.
