Refrigerated display case for sushi Gastrorag RTS-150, tabletop, 0...+12C, refrigerant R134A, 1500x350x340mm, 0.37 kW Refrigerated display case for sushi Gastrorag RTS-150 is used for storing and displaying sushi, rolls and similar dishes of Japanese cuisine. The display case can also be used for cooling snacks, sandwiches, canapes. The equipment is installed on the tabletop and has an elongated shape. The built-in refrigeration unit is located on the side of the display case. The display case for sushi is equipped with a spacious chamber with a wide platform for display, access to which is provided through sliding doors-compartments in the rear part of the display case.
