Thus, the design provides the most favorable conditions for displaying the goods and allows you to view the products from all sides. Distinctive features of the Gastrorag HW-1P heated display case: • the heating level is adjusted within the range from +30 to +90°C; • the lower part and the racks of the case are made of stainless steel; • the HW-1P tabletop thermal display case is powered by a single-phase 220 V electric network; • at the bottom of the chamber there is a removable bath, which is filled with water and serves to humidify the air in the chamber; • the display case operation is controlled and the temperature parameters are set using an electromechanical control system; • support legs are provided.
