Shawarma 3M, gas, vertical, 3 burners, 12 skewers, 450x670x1205 in, 11 kW The Atesi Shawarma-3M shawarma machine is used in the catering industry as a meat frying unit. The machine is simple and extremely easy to use. With its compact dimensions and low cost, it will become one of the main working tools in your kitchen, ensuring prompt and high-quality frying of meat. There are two ways to cook meat using the Atesi Shawarma-3M machine: • frying a large meat "cocoon" to make shawarma; • frying small pieces of meat put on skewers to make shashlik. This model is a gas machine running on liquefied gas. The machine is extremely economical to operate. The vertical steel body of the machine is equipped with three gas burners with individual control systems. Each of them can be used independently of the others, which will allow you to use maximum power if you fry a large amount of meat, and minimum power if the equipment is only partially loaded. The delivery set includes 12 skewers. For their placement in the design of the device, there are special recesses next to the burners. The Atesi Shaurma-3M shawarma maker ensures uniform frying of meat. To be able to rotate the vertical rod around its axis, it is equipped with a rotary mechanism (in the upper part), which the operator rotates manually. In the lower part of the device, there is a tray into which the cut pieces of meat fall. In the same tray, it is convenient to grind them more thoroughly. The tray also accumulates fat and juices that flow down from the meat. All body elements and parts that come into direct contact with the products are made of food-grade stainless steel.
