The prepared meat is heated by two burners located one above the other. Each burner has an independent control system. The meat is placed on a vertical rod located in front of the burners. To ensure uniform frying, the rod is equipped with handles at the top for easy rotation of the meat mass. The vertical rod is rotated manually by the operator. The unit is a gas device and runs on liquefied gas from a cylinder. Liquefied gas is consumed economically, which guarantees you minimal running costs. The Atesi Shaurma-2 M unit can also be used as a shashlik maker, since the design of the device includes holes for placing skewers. The delivery set of this model includes 8 skewers. The design of the gas unit allows you to simultaneously fry both meat for shawarma and small pieces of meat on skewers. The intensity of frying meat is regulated in two ways: • You can move the vertical rod with meat closer or further from the burners; • or increase / decrease the power of the burners. The presence of two burners with independent control systems allows you to quickly fry large meat blanks (with maximum load on the vertical rod) and save energy when frying a small piece, using only the lower burner.
