The carefully designed structure of the station provides for conveniently organized elements for productive and extremely fast work. The design takes into account all the nuances of pancake preparation, which allows for convenient and high-speed implementation of the stages of pancake preparation one after another. The design of the pancake station Atesi BS-1500/700P includes the following functional elements: • a bin for storing napkins, disposable tableware and other consumables. The bin consists of 8 compartments of different sizes, enclosed in a durable frame body made of stainless steel; • a spacious container for the dough; • containers for chopped ingredients and prepared fillings; • container for placing a spatula; • 2 additional shelves for dishes and inventory; • protective front glass, preventing direct contact of visitors with the work area. In the central area of the countertop, there is space for placing a pancake machine. In particular, the Atesi BS-1500/700P pancake station is designed for installation of the professional pancake maker Maslennitsa BA-2/5 manufactured by Atesi. This pancake maker has 2 round working surfaces with a diameter of 36 cm. Thus, everything necessary for making pancakes and filling them with filling is within the reach of the cook. The countertop is equipped with a base made of laminated chipboard sheet 16 in thick. At the same time, the pancake station countertop has two sides, which serve to prevent the holders from falling off the table. The pancake station is made entirely of food-grade stainless steel. This material is well suited for use outdoors or in rooms with high humidity. Stainless steel is resistant to corrosion. In addition, its surfaces are easy to clean even from heavy dirt. The frame posts are made of stainless steel pipe with a diameter of 40 in. Brackets for fixing the table top and 2 solid shelves are welded to the posts. The strength of the shelves is ensured by a channel, which is fixed at the bottom of each of them. The pancake station is additionally equipped with a lamp. The design of the pancake station is easy to disassemble, so it can be transported and used for work at off-site mass celebrations.
