Uniform heat treatment is ensured by the vertical rod rotation function and powerful operation of 3 gas burners. The finished meat can be used to make shawarma and other dishes. The machine is made entirely of stainless steel, which allows it to be used in difficult climatic conditions: in kitchens not equipped with a hood, or in street fast food outlets.
