Uniform heat treatment is ensured by the rotation function of the vertical rod and the powerful operation of 2 gas burners. The finished meat can be used to make shawarma and other dishes. The machine is made entirely of stainless steel, which allows it to be used in difficult climatic conditions: in kitchens not equipped with an exhaust hood, or in street fast food outlets.
