The deep fryer is used in food production enterprises. Its operation is especially relevant for fast-food establishments and snack bars. The volume of the deep fryer working bath is 10 liters. A basket with a handle is placed in the deep fryer bath space. The food basket is included in the device package. In the lower part of the structure there is a neutral cabinet equipped with a blind hinged door. The cabinet space is perfect for storing dishes or kitchen utensils. The Bertos E7F10-4MS electric deep fryer is equipped with an adjustable thermostat, allowing you to set the desired oil heating temperature in the range from +20 to +190°C. A safety microswitch protects the device from breakage and prevents overheating of the heating elements. The body of the Bertos E7F10-4MS deep fryer is characterized by high strength. Each panel of the body, as well as the deep fryer tank itself, are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The deep fryer is reliably protected from corrosion. Another advantage of the design is the rounded corners of the deep fryer tank. This design facilitates cleaning and prevents the accumulation of small pieces of food in the tank space.
