The chicken grill device of this model is used for simultaneous roasting of 8 to 12 chickens. The grill is equipped with a large, roomy chamber, a durable steel drum with four trays, a simple and easy-to-use control panel, fireproof glass in the door and a lighting system. This design provides ideal conditions for fast and effective roasting of chicken meat. The carousel grill also has the important function of keeping the cooked poultry hot for some time after roasting, which is very convenient for irregular customer flows. The prepared chicken carcasses are loaded into the chamber in special trays, where the poultry meat is securely fixed. Depending on the size of the bird, 2 or 3 carcasses can be loaded into one tray. The rotation of the drum ensures uniform roasting. The trays with carcasses alternately move closer to the heating elements and then away from them. The meat inside the carcasses is quickly baked due to the effect of hot air in the chamber. As a result, the chicken acquires a golden hue on the outside and is covered with a crispy crust, and is perfectly baked on the inside: the meat becomes soft and tender. The Gastrorag YXD-VXK-926 carousel grill for chickens is equipped with an easy-to-understand and operate control panel. The thermostat has marks with set temperature values.
