The Sikom PRF-11/900 donut maker with an electric counter is designed for professional use in the kitchens of catering establishments for forming and deep-frying large batches of donuts. This model can be serviced by one operator throughout the entire work cycle. The design of the device includes a dough container equipped with a divider-doser that forms donuts; a deep-frying bath; a control panel with a temperature control knob and indicators for connection to the network and switching on the heating elements; and a mechanism for turning over and unloading donuts. The main advantage of the Sikom PRF-11/900 donut machine is the complete automation of the processes. The operator only needs to load the dough into the container. With the help of the dispenser-divider, donuts are formed at a speed of 6 pieces per minute. The dough products smoothly move along one side of the frying bath, frying from below. The movement of donuts in oil is automated and is carried out using a forced circulation mechanism. Reaching the edge of the frying bath, donuts are alternately picked up by a lattice spatula and thrown to the second half of the bath for frying on the other side. Reaching the other end of the frying bath, fried donuts are also alternately transferred by another spatula to the shelf for the finished product. The device is equipped with replaceable plunger pairs with a diameter of 30, 36 and 40 in, designed to form donuts of different sizes. For ease of operation and maintenance, the Sikom PRF-11/900 donut machine is equipped with a tap for draining waste oil.
