This model is universal donut equipment, as it can form both standard-sized donuts and mini-pieces. In addition, the donut machine Sikom PRF-11/2400 can work with both yeast and mixed dough. The design of this model consists of a 16-liter dough loading tank, a deep-frying bath designed for 7 liters of oil, a control panel with thermostatic devices, and a mechanism for automatic turning and feeding of donuts. The device has a disassemblable, easily removable plunger mechanism with attachments for making donuts of different diameters: 20, 30, 36, and 40 in. The productivity of the Sikom PRF-11/2400 donut machine when forming mini donuts (15-20 grams) is 2400 pieces per hour. The processes of forming, frying, turning over, and laying out donuts are fully automated. The operator only needs to load the dough into the container and set the desired oil heating mode. The Sikom PRF-11/2400 donut machine is manufactured in accordance with sanitary and hygienic standards. All elements that come into contact with oil, dough, and finished donuts are made of stainless steel. The donut maker is equipped with a tap for draining used oil, which makes cleaning much easier.
