All parts of the cheburechnitsa that come into contact with oil and fried products are made of food grade stainless steel. Cheburechnitsa Atesi EURO is equipped with a spacious frying bath. Frying is carried out in a special gastronorm container (GN-1/1 H=150), which is placed in the bath. The corners of the gastronorm container are rounded, so fat and food residues do not settle in them. As a result, the surfaces of the frying bath are easy to clean. The heating element is located at the bottom of the bath and is protected by a grid, which prevents small food residues from settling on it. The professional cheburechnitsa Atesi EURO is equipped with a convenient and simple mechanical control panel. The operating parameters are set manually. The control system includes a temperature control knob, an on/off button and a signal lamp. Low support legs ensure excellent fixation of the device on the work surface.
