The StanGrad MG-1 glazing machine, coating layer 1.5-2.2 in, load capacity 70 l, conveyor width 420 in, 6.5 kW, 1220 x 1120 x 1550 in The StanGrad MG-1 glazing machine is used in confectionery production facilities and is used to apply chocolate and caramel glaze to the surface of cookies, gingerbread, wafers and similar products. The device allows you to coat products with glaze from any side, including completely. Advantages and features: • electronic thermostat, which allows you to adjust the glaze temperature and maintain it throughout the entire period of operation; • Mitsubishi variable frequency drive, which allows you to smoothly change the volume of glaze; • the ability to adjust the speed of the mesh conveyor belt; • a heated zone between the mesh conveyor belt and the cooling conveyor, which completely eliminates the freezing of the glaze. The operating principle of the StanGrad MG-1 glazing machine: • the glaze is placed in a roll-out container, where it is heated to the set temperature; • the heated glaze is then fed into a separate glazing bath using a pump; • after filling the bath, the operator must adjust the gap until the most even stream of glaze is supplied; • upon completion of glazing, the products are placed on a small transport belt, after which the products are fed to a separate conveyor for blowing. At the exit, each product is covered with glaze, which is evenly distributed and completely dried to the optimal consistency. The StanGrad MG-1 glazing machine is convenient, reliable and quite easy to operate. All control system signatures are in Russian for ease of understanding by personnel.
