The Ugolini A12 juice cooler is specially designed for storing, cooling and portioning natural juices with pulp. In addition, other non-carbonated drinks can be used in the work. The Ugolini A12 juice cooler is a cooling unit and a transparent 12-liter bowl installed on it. This bowl is made of impact-resistant ABS plastic. The juice poured into the bowl passes through the evaporator and is thus cooled, circulating due to the rotation of the blades. Due to the continuous movement, the components of the drinks do not separate and the pulp and other sediment do not sink to the bottom of the bowl. In addition, the same temperature is maintained throughout the entire volume of the drink. To prevent juice splashing, the bowl should be tightly closed with a convenient lid. The juice temperature is regulated by a thermostat in the range from +5 to +15 °C. When the juice temperature reaches the set one, the cooling is automatically turned off.
