VESTA heating cabinet grate The VESTA heating cabinet grate is installed in the workspace and is used for laying out baking sheets and gastronorm containers with products, as well as products without containers. The oven grate is made of durable steel, resistant to mechanical damage and prolonged exposure to high temperatures. It is worth noting that the VESTA heating cabinet is designed not so much for cooking dishes as for subsequently keeping them warm. The grate is a monolithic steel sheet with round holes over its entire area. The heating cabinet is installed above the barbecue oven. Warm air passes freely through the "holes" in the grid structure, which allows you to maintain a high temperature of cooked dishes for a long time and at the same time exclude the powerful effect of heat from the coals on them.
