Food powders, cocoa, butter pastes and other products are processed using the hot melting method. The Frigomat MIX 8 heater is an indispensable piece of equipment for all enterprises selling soft ice cream. The presence of a heater will allow you to independently prepare mixtures for the dessert according to a unique recipe, as well as monitor compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards. In general, using the Frigomat MIX 8 heater will allow you to guarantee the high quality of the soft ice cream sold. Heat treatment of food products is carried out using a water bath. The thermostat allows you to adjust the temperature within the range of up to +90 ° C. The control system allows you to activate built-in operating programs: • automatic operating cycle at + 85 ° C; • automatic cycle at +65°C; • semi-automatic cycle with temperature selection in the range from +30°C to +90°C. The automatic temperature maintenance function at the end of the working cycle allows you to maintain the resulting consistency of the mass and prevent it from thickening. The automatic time calculation function (timer up to 10 hours) ensures easy programming of the heat treatment time. Regardless of how much product you fill the working container with, you will get the perfect result. The volume of the working container is 8 liters. During a single working cycle, it can accommodate from 3 to 8 kg of products. During the heating of the container, the heat is distributed evenly throughout its volume, which increases the speed of processing the food mass. The container is equipped with a transparent lid made of durable plastic. The Frigomat MIX 8 heater produces at least 20 kg of food mixture for making soft ice cream in one hour of operation.
