Vegetable washer Fimar LAV can significantly reduce the level of physical effort, reduce the time required to process vegetables, and thereby optimize the entire work process in the professional kitchen of absolutely any enterprise. Vegetable washer Fimar LAV is a cylindrical stainless steel body with a tank. Products are manually placed in this tank in a light basket made of metal rods, then it is covered with a lid and filled with water. In one cycle, the basket can load 1.5 kg of heavy vegetables and fruits or 4 kg of leafy vegetables. Washing is done by rotating this basket with products at a speed of 450 revolutions per minute and rubbing vegetables against each other and against the walls of the basket. The capacity of the vegetable washer is 20-25 kg per hour with a water consumption of 30-35 liters per washing cycle. Tightness during the washing process is guaranteed by a transparent lid made of food-grade polycarbonate, which closes tightly with one click. Moreover, the lid allows you to observe the washing or centrifuging process. The Fimar LAV vegetable washer has two speed modes: one for washing and the other for drying vegetables. The Fimar LAV vegetable washer has a timer that provides 3 washing cycles lasting 3.5, 4 and 4.5 minutes. The Fimar LAV vegetable washer is connected to the water supply and sewerage system using a drain pump. To prevent breakdowns when using hard tap water, the Fimar LAV vegetable washer is equipped with removable filters for the basket and drain pipe. Additional tech.
