The mozzarella cheese grater is a motor in a protective durable casing and a loading funnel, which is inserted into the neck of the working unit. Direct grinding of the product is carried out by rotating a cone with holes. The cone is closed with a lid with an outlet at the bottom, which ensures cleanliness on the kitchen worktop. The Fama TMC (FTMC 100) mozzarella cheese grater is designed for intensive use and is specially developed for practical and convenient use. The powerful motor ensures stable operation for a long time, as it provides protection against overheating. The motor body of the Fama TMC (FTMC 100) mozzarella cheese grater is made of aluminum alloy, and the filter and drain hole are made of stainless steel. The cheese grater is equipped with one 7 in conical attachment. It can be additionally equipped with conical attachments for different types of cutting: with holes of 2.5 in in diameter (grating), 4 in (vegetables), as well as a cone for cutting thin slices 2 in thick. The design of the Fama TMC (FTMC 100) mozzarella cheese grater implies the possibility of connection to any Fama meat grinder of the 12 and 22 series.
