The machine washes the product in 2 stages. 1st stage - the machine swirls water into the "water shaft", in which the product is pre-washed. 2nd stage - the machine sprays water to a mist and thereby washes away dirt from the most hard-to-reach places in the products. For example, "wrinkles in dried fruits", hard-to-reach places in lettuce, and so on. In addition, the machine washes the products very gently. Such delicate vegetables and fruits as lettuce, greens or even strawberries and raspberries completely retain their integrity after washing in the SWA series machine. The machine is also the most economical in terms of clean water consumption. 4 - 5 liters of water consumption per 1 working stroke, while any other water consumption is about 20 liters.
