With this machine you can easily: • cook minced meat and fish; • obtain homogeneous masses from heat-treated fruits and vegetables; • mash boiled potatoes at a speed of 400 kg/hour. The design of the device is distinguished by increased durability. All structural elements are made of safe food materials. The UKM-06-03P machine is equipped with a stand that allows you to firmly fix the main functional element - the drive mechanism - in the space of the countertop. The design of the UKM 06-03 machine includes: • the PM drive mechanism, which is the driving force of the device; • meat grinder attachment inP, which processes products into homogeneous soft mince; • mashing attachment MO-02, which allows you to get puree from any cooked products. The drive mechanism is equipped with a 2-speed motor, which provides grinding of meat or grinding of boiled vegetables at a speed of 200 and 380 revolutions per minute. The device has a collapsible design. All parts of individual elements of the machine are also easily removed and subject to disinfection and cleaning. Add. tech.
