The device copes well with both shredding cabbage and slicing fresh vegetables and fruits in a variety of ways. The set includes a meat grinder attachment inP, which provides effective grinding of meat and seafood and allows you to easily obtain homogeneous mincemeat from them. Features of the universal kitchen machine UKM-06-02: • the main driving mechanism of the design is the drive mechanism (DM), which allows you to start the installed attachment; • the drive mechanism operates at 2 possible speeds: 200 and 380 rpm; • the meat grinder has 2 knife grids with hole diameters of 5 and 9 in; • the outer grid of the meat grinder has a diameter of 60 in; • the vegetable cutting attachment MO-01 allows cutting products into bars with a cross-section of 10x10 in, slices of 2 in thickness, rings and half-rings of 2 in thickness, plates of 10x12x12 in, straws of 4.5x3 in cross-section; • MO-01 can be used for cutting both raw and boiled vegetables; • the model is equipped with a convenient stable stand, which is fixed on the surface of the table top, allowing you to firmly fix the drive mechanism.
