The device is designed for industrial use: in bakeries, bread factories and other food industries, where bread preparation and slicing is put on stream. The model provides processing from 600 to 1200 loaves per hour. Other features of the model: • the equipment is powered from a three-phase electric network with a voltage of 380 V; • possible slicing thickness: 10, 12, 15, 18 in; • the cutting knives have a frame design; • the maximum length of a loaf can reach 34 cm, width - 15 cm; • the bread slicer is designed as a floor-standing one; • for ease of movement, the model is equipped with wheels; • a simple electromechanical control system makes it easy to activate and stop the engine; • all structural elements that come into direct contact with bakery products are made of stainless steel.
