Electric bread slicer Atesi Yanychar AHM-300A has the following design features: • the slicing zone is designed for laying out loaves with a maximum width of 160 in; • slicing is done with a sickle-shaped knife; • the cutting edge of the knife is given a wave-shaped form; • the edge is equipped with a sharpening device; • the thickness of the resulting slices is adjusted using the adjustment bracket; • the cutting knife is made of high-strength hardened stainless steel; • the receiving tray area is equipped with a protective curtain that prevents accidental access to the slicing area; • the protective curtain is also made of stainless steel; • a special anti-traumatic protection system is provided: the lid of the receiving tray and the lid of the loading tray are equipped with limit switches for the ability to instantly block the operation of the device in emergency situations; • the walls of the body are made of steel; their surfaces are covered with durable white enamel.
