The length of the loaves can be a maximum of 380 in, the width - 150 in, and the height - 135 in. In the process of slicing, stepless regulation of the slicing thickness is provided. The device is distinguished by high productivity, allowing you to process from 85 to 340 loaves per 1 hour of operation, depending on the thickness of the slices being cut. The main advantage of the machine is the ability to cut not only loaves, but also whole loaves of bread. The principle of processing loaves using the Stankostroitel AHRM-300 bread slicing machine: • slices are cut with a sickle-shaped knife, which is driven by an electric motor through a 2-stage belt-type transmission; • loaves of bread are placed in the loading device, where they are fed towards the knife due to the operation of a special mechanism; • loaves are fed intermittently to ensure optimal, timely slicing of each batch; • the rotation frequency of the cutting knife is 120 rpm; • during slicing, the loaf is pressed tightly by a special clamp, located on the side, against the fixed wall of the trough, which ensures fast and high-quality slicing.
