Before starting work, the dishes are loaded into plastic cassettes, which are installed on the conveyor belt of the dishwasher and then enter the working chamber, where they undergo several cleaning stages: washing, rinsing and drying. In the washing mode, dishes and cutlery undergo intensive cleaning, as a result of which traces of fat and food residues completely disappear from their surface. Rinsing allows you to wash away the detergent from the dishes and prepare them for drying. Rinsing is carried out at a water temperature of +55 ° C. During drying, the dishes are blown with heated air, which instantly dries the surface and makes the dishes completely ready for further use.
