This model ensures high speed and excellent quality of cleaning dirty dishes and cutlery. The dishwasher is equipped with a moving conveyor belt that moves the dishes in the washing chamber. The presented model of the dishwasher is available in two versions: with the conveyor belt moving from left to right and from right to left. The main advantage of the Abat MPT-1700-01 tunnel dishwasher is its high productivity. In one hour of operation, the machine processes at least 95 baskets with dishes, or 1,700 plates. The dishwasher can be used with both hot and cold water supply. The device has separate water circulation systems: one flow is used for washing dishes, the other - for rinsing. The Abat MPT-1700-01 tunnel dishwasher is equipped with a heat exchanger (recuperator) designed to optimize the use of energy generated by the machine during operation. The heat exchanger is used to collect steam generated during rinsing and transfer it to water, which enters the boiler. Thus, the operation of the device is supported both with hot and cold water supply. The heat exchanger allows you to achieve energy savings. In fact, the use of a heat exchanger allows using less power of heating elements (TENs) during the operation of the dishwasher. The presence of a heat exchanger pays for itself after 3-4 months of active operation. Further use of the heat exchanger allows to significantly reduce the cost of operating the dishwasher due to economical power consumption. The Abat MPT-1700-01 dishwasher has a working chamber with rounded corners. Water is supplied to the chamber through sprayers made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Sprayers are resistant to corrosion. Their surfaces are easy to clean. The operation of the Abat MPT-1700-01 dishwasher is controlled using an electronic push-button control panel. Filling the working bath with water, as well as maintaining the required volume of water in the bath, is carried out automatically. The volume of the bath is 100 liters. The design of the washing bath includes a double filter system. The dishwasher body is equipped with a 15 in thick heat-insulating gap. The Abat MPT-1700-01 tunnel dishwasher is equipped with: • a rinse aid dispenser; • three dishwashing cassettes (500x500 in). For the most convenient operation of the dishwasher, it is recommended to use the Abat SPMP-7-4 pre-wash table and the Abat SPMR-6-2 dispensing table.
