Pre-wash table Diamond DLV-D12, right, sink 400x400x200mm, side, shelf, 1200x715x1000mm Pre-wash table Diamond DLV-D12 is used in the kitchens of restaurants, canteens and cafes to ensure prompt preliminary processing of dirty dishes before loading them into the dishwasher. Installation of the pre-wash table will make the work of the service personnel as convenient as possible, and therefore more efficient. Pre-wash table Diamond DLV-D12 should be located to the right of the loading compartment of the dishwasher. The tabletop is divided into two zones: a place for laying out dirty saucers, cutlery, plates, glasses and trays and a sink, which is a seamless, drawn bath. By placing stacks of plates on the table surface and unloading glasses, the operator can clean the surfaces of dishes from food residues, paper napkins, toothpicks, crumbs and abundant greasy deposits in less than five minutes. For this, the washing area must be equipped with a shower device. The pre-wash table is equipped with a wide side along the entire length, designed for laying out brushes, gloves, detergents and other items. The lower part of the Diamond DLV-D12 pre-wash table is equipped with a wide shelf on which auxiliary equipment can be placed. The table is made entirely of stainless steel, so daily contact of the surface with water will not lead to the appearance of corrosion stains.
