The COMENDA PC09 hood-type dishwasher has a capacity of 48 cassettes/hour, detergent and disinfectant dispensers, steam condenser, CRC2 recuperator, water softener, drain pump, 624x740x1460 in, 10.1 kW, 380 V The COMENDA PC09 hood-type dishwasher is designed for continuous industrial cleaning of dirty dishes in restaurant kitchens and in food production facilities. The machine provides efficient, high-performance and high-quality cleaning of all types of dishes: from fragile crystal glasses to large trays, baking sheets and Gastronorm containers. The variety of operating modes allows you to set the desired cycle time. The COMENDA PC09 hood-type dishwasher has 4 operating programs: • for cleaning cutlery and plates, • for washing glass items; • intensive cleaning cycle; • ECO mode, providing for economical use of water and detergents. Other characteristics, features and advantages of the COMENDA PC09 dishwasher: • the model has a dome design: the washing area is covered from above by a voluminous dome, which forms the working washing chamber; • the working cycle can be started both manually and automatically according to a preset time program; • the control panel is equipped with a temperature display system during washing and rinsing; • the "Start" button is backlit and color-coded; • after heating the water to a temperature of +85 °C, the thermostat switches off automatically; • the self-diagnostic program effectively monitors all possible malfunctions and promptly displays them on the digital display of the dishwasher; • detergent and disinfectant dispensers are not included in the delivery set and must be ordered separately; • rinse aid dispenser is included in the package; • the height of the washing chamber is 440 in, which makes it possible to place large plates, glasses and pans; • the height of the equipment with an open dome is 1930 in; • the performance indicator is 48 cassettes/hour, or 864 plates/hour; • the dimensions of one cassette are 500x500 in.
