The design of the Airhot Choco-5 hot chocolate machine consists of: • a capacious working bowl for chocolate with a volume of 5 liters; • a lid with a compact ergonomic handle, providing a comfortable and easy grip; • a heating system; • a control system; • a portion dispensing tap; • drip tray. The inner space of the working container of the device contains a 2-blade stirrer, which allows for efficient and high-quality mixing of the chocolate mass, which heats up and thickens. The right and left blades of the stirrer have different shapes, which eliminates the formation of sediment on the bottom of the container and completely eliminates the formation of lumps. Using the electronic control panel with a digital display, you can set and control the temperature inside the working container. The temperature range of the heating system is regulated within the range from +30 to +90°С. The Airhot Choco-5 hot chocolate machine has a convenient tap for portioned dispensing of hot chocolate. With one simple movement, you can serve chocolate into the containers placed underneath or stop the supply. The drip tray is used to place cups under the dispensing tap, and also allows you to collect accidentally spilled drops of chocolate in a special compartment. All parts of the Airhot Choco-5 device that come into contact with the product are made of food-grade polycarbonate.
