With this model, you can make a whole show out of the preparation of this aromatic invigorating drink, surprising the visitors of your establishment. Hot chocolate produced by the fountain is especially popular at banquets and children's parties. With its help, you can make chocolate canapes from fruits and berries - a wonderful dessert and decoration of any festive table. The fountain design is a cylindrical body in which a hollow pipe is mounted, as well as two semicircular bowls designed to create a cascade effect. The Starfood CFF-2008A1 chocolate fountain can hold up to 1 kg of chocolate, which is placed in a bowl above the body. The body contains an electric heating element that melts the chocolate and heats it to a temperature of 60 °C. As soon as the chocolate reaches a uniform consistency, you can turn on the circulation. The melted hot chocolate is fed to the upper level of the fountain structure using a rotating auger. The chocolate begins to flow down in a uniform stream, forming a "waterfall", and then again enters the heating bowl adjacent to the body, where its temperature is brought to the desired value.
