Characteristic and distinctive features of the professional planetary mixer Bear Varimixer AR60 VL-1: • a digital timer is provided, displaying the remaining minutes and seconds for precise mixing; • a built-in gas damper, which ensures slow lowering of the mixing container; • a function of automatic lowering of the bowl is provided by a timer; • the control panel has a start/stop button; • there are buttons with dual functions: electronic bowl lift, electronic mixing organ speed control, automatic bowl lowering at the end of the operation, emergency stop; • the speed is reduced to a minimum when the mixer stops; • the bowl is located in the gripping mechanism and is raised to the working position in one movement; • at the end of the mixing process, the bowl can be just as easily removed; • the machine’s intelligent motor ensures high-power but quiet operation; • the control panel has a flat, smooth surface with recessed buttons and rubber seals for improved hygiene; • there are welded stainless steel supports that can be welded to the floor; • the bowl and all elements that come into contact with food are dishwasher safe; • slotless screws to prevent contamination by bacteria; • an additional seal at the cable entry point protects against water ingress; • prevents water ingress through the ventilation grille.
