The oven has 1 spacious chamber that allows you to bake 6 crusts with a diameter of 350 in. A characteristic feature of the model is the presence of a roof covering the upper part of the structure. The electric pizza oven Abat PEP-6-01 has the following design features: • the oven chamber dimensions are 1050x780x176(153) in; • the chamber is equipped with an electromechanical control system; • the temperature is adjusted in the range from +20 to +450оС; • the heating elements in the chambers are divided into 2 groups, controlled separately; • the total number of heating element groups and thermostats is 2; • the chamber door is equipped with tempered glass resistant to high temperatures; • the pizza oven chamber has a lighting system; • cleaning is possible using the pyrolysis method; • the air in the chamber is heated by heating elements made of stainless steel; • the bottom of the chamber is made of heat-resistant stone 15 in thick; • the emergency thermal shutdown system is triggered if the temperature in the chamber reaches +500оС; • the outer surfaces of the housing are lined with sheets of stainless steel AISI 304; • side and back walls are coated with polymer powder paint under "shagreen"; • chamber frames and inner parts of the door are made of enameled metal; • inner walls of the chamber are covered with galvanized sheet 1.5 in thick.
