Electric pizza oven Cuppone TZ 435/1M, 1 chamber, 720x720x144 in, capacity for 4 pizzas Ø 350 in, 1002x864x385 in, 5.2 kW, 380 V Electric pizza oven Cuppone TZ 435/1M is a professional model of heating equipment used in pizzerias, restaurants and cafes for cooking pizza of various diameters. High air heating temperature in the spacious oven chamber makes it possible to quickly bake pizza on both thin and thick bases. Characteristic design and operation features of the oven: • the electric pizza oven is equipped with an electromechanical system for adjusting the operating parameters; • the oven has one working chamber, in the space of which you can place from one to four pizza crusts of large, medium or small size; • the diameter of one pizza crust can vary from 350 to 500 in; • the chamber can accommodate 1 to 4 pizza crusts at a time; • access to the chamber is provided through a hinged door, which is equipped with double glazing, which helps to minimize the temperature of the outer glass (to prevent burns to personnel); • heating elements (TENs) are arranged in 2 groups and installed in the ceiling and bottom parts of the heated chamber; • temperature settings for each group of TENs are controlled independently using an individual rotary thermostat; • the chamber space is equipped with a halogen lighting system; • the body surfaces are made of durable stainless steel; • the baking chamber surfaces are made of aluminate sheet metal; • a fixed steam vent system is provided; • the bricks in the bottom of the chamber are refractory (made of cordierite); • the temperature of the hearth and the chamber is controlled differentially; • the temperature regime in the chamber is displayed using a pyrometer; • heating safety is ensured by a thermostat; • when installing the Cuppone TZ 435/1M pizza oven, leave a gap of at least 50 in from other equipment and walls; • the productivity level is 1 pizza of 500 in in 1 cycle and 4 pizzas of 350 in in 1 cycle. It is possible to optionally order a stand for installing the oven, as well as an exhaust system (hood).
