Distinctive features of the model include: • the presence of 2 kneading organs: one of them is movable - designed to rotate around its axis due to the drive motor; the second - stationary - is fixed to the wall of the bowl and serves to separate the mass, which contributes to better and more efficient mixing; • up to 6 kg of dough can be obtained in one working cycle; • the dough mixer motor operates at one constant speed; • the design is equipped with a movable Z-shaped kneading element, which can be used for mixing thick masses and forming elastic dough that rolls out well and does not tear; • the rotation speed of the kneading element is 18 rpm; • the control panel of the dough mixer is electromechanical; • the industrial dough mixer Danler PG-18 Z is equipped with a tilting bowl, equipped with a manual drive, which allows to significantly facilitate the unloading of the finished mass; • there are special clamps used to secure the bowl in a fixed position; • the bowl is equipped with a lid, which ensures operator safety and prevents contamination of the mixed mass and spraying of flour; • the dough mixer bowl is made of SUS 304 steel; • the body is made of metal coated with powder enamel, which ensures high resistance to oxidation and corrosion; • there are support legs in the lower part of the structure.
