Proofing cabinet Abat ШРТ-8-01Э, 8 levels 460х330/435х320 in, for convection ovens KPP/PKE, temp. +45°С, manual control, enamel chamber, 625х570х800 in, 0.8 kW, 230 V Proofing cabinet Abat ШРТ-8-01Э is designed to prepare dough blanks for heat treatment at high temperatures. In the chamber of the cabinet, proofing of future bakery products takes place, which allows filling the dough structure with carbon molecules and, thus, increasing the volume of each blank by at least 40%. During operation of the cabinet, ideal conditions for proofing of products are created in the chamber. The temperature in the chamber is +45°С, while the air is continuously humidified. Air humidification was achieved by placing a bath filled with water in the lower part of the chamber, above the heating element. During the heating process of the heating element, the water that humidifies the air also heats up. The humidity level fluctuates between 50 and 95%. The chamber accommodates 8 baking trays measuring 435x320 in or 460x330 in. The Abat SHRT-8-01E thermal proofing cabinet is equipped with two hinged doors fitted with heat-resistant glass and handles for easy opening. The body of the proofing cabinet is equipped with stable legs. The working chamber is made of enamelled steel. The Abat SHRT-8-01E proofing cabinet, like all Abat thermal equipment, is characterized by reliable operation and ease of use.
