The proofing chamber is made of stainless steel. The doors are made of glass. Inside the proofing chamber there are: a thermostat sensor, two water baths, two lighting lamps, six lattice shelves for installing bread pans. Bread pans are not included in the delivery set and are purchased separately. Heating elements are located in the lower part of the proofing chamber. Baths with water are installed above the heating elements. The proofing parameters are controlled from the control panel, which contains: a thermostat knob, a key switch and signal lamps. The terminal block is located inside the cabinet body behind the rear wall. The temperature in the proofing chamber is controlled by a thermostat. The key switch is used to turn on (off) the lighting in the proofing chamber. The yellow signal lamp signals heating; when the set temperature in the chamber is reached, it goes out, signaling that the set temperature has been reached. The white signal lamp signals the presence of power supply.
